First up – The Perfectly Imperfect Podcast with Leslie Regalado where we discuss how to use journaling to create positive change in your life. One of my favorite topics!! 馃檪
I first connected with Leslie through The Female Entrepreneurs Association that we’re both a member of. Membership sites are great ways to connect with like minded people! We hit it off right away and had such a great convo! I give tips on 3 different ways you can make use of journaling so make sure to listen and bring a journal and pen because you may be inspired to get started right away!

Next is an interview I did with Nikki Bruno from The Epic Comeback Podcast where we discuss my journey with HPV Throat Cancer and how my positive mindset got me through that experience and how I chose to do things my way.
This is a great convo to listen to especially now as we’re all going through the Corona Quarantine or in general if you have any challenging situations you’re dealing with in your life.
I originally met Nikki at a conference called Unfair Advantage Live here in NYC. We’re also in a facebook group together as an offshoot of that conference. Nikki’s own personal story of making an epic comeback after divorce is also so inspirational so make sure to listen to her story as well.
