Many times I’ve driven on the Bronx River Parkway heading north and I’m always blown away by one particular section that I pass around Scarsdale. Especially in Fall it has the most amazing views! Lush trees, amazing Fall colors, small wooden bridges and streams. I see people walking there so there must be a trail but I wasn’t sure how to get there.
I asked a friend about it that lives in Scarsdale and sure enough she knew exactly what I was talking about! We met at her house and headed over. It was better than what I saw flying by in the car! We took a brisk walk stopping often for me to take photos. As you can imagine, I’m really annoying to hike with if it’s a great location! 🙂 She even let me take a few photos of her which was really fun! (not shown here)
