8 Journaling Prompts To Reflect On September

We’re at the end of another month! I feel like September always goes by so quickly. It’s definitely a month of transition with a lot going on! Here in NYC we have Back To School season which always feels more like a new year to me than January 1st. There’s a lot of buzz and excitement. People are moving out of their laid back summer mode and kicking back into high gear. The weather starts to cool off with the beginning of Fall and there’s lots of Jewish Holidays happening as well.

So let’s reflect back on this busy month before getting ready to start October. Whip out your journal and try any or all of these prompts. These can apply to both business and personal.

Journaling Prompts To Reflect On September
  • What was most memorable about September?
  • What did you accomplish?
  • What are you most proud of?
  • Who did you spend time with?
  • What area in your life did you slack off in? How can you improve moving forward?
  • What’s something new you tried this month?
  • How do you feel about the change of seasons?
  • What are you ready to let go of as we move into a new month?

Let me know what comes up for you!
